The new location was easy to find, the building is brand new and very clean. The staff at the front desk were friendly and inviting and explained all of the paperwork that needed to be filled out. The doctor's assistant was great at helping us feel comfortable as she did a few tests before the doctor came in. Dr. Ivie was very kind and friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable. After doing some tests he diagnosed the problem and explained everything in a clear way. He had the items needed to help fix the problem on hand helped us understand how to use them properly. We were very happy with our visit and are confidant that the problem will resolve thanks to Dr. Ivie. We will recommend this office to everyone!
